At Legacy Social Room, our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all our guests. To create a positive experience for everyone, we kindly encourage you to review our policies. This will facilitate a more seamless and pleasant environment for everyone. By entering our premises, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these guidelines

1. Age Restriction & Identification

  • 21+ Venue: Legacy Social Room is strictly a 21+ establishment after 8:00 PM daily. Before 8:00 PM, guests under 21 are permitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for specific events (e.g., designated family-friendly events or daytime smoothie service). Please check our event calendar for details.
  • Valid ID Required: All guests must present a valid, government-issued photo identification upon entry, regardless of age, especially during evening hours or when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of ID include:
    • State-issued Driver’s License
    • State-issued Identification Card
    • U.S. Military ID
    • Passport
  • No Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who cannot provide valid identification or appears to be underage.

  1. Dress Code
  • Smart Casual to Upscale: We encourage a smart casual to upscale dress code that enhances our vibrant atmosphere.
  • Prohibited Attire:
    • Excessively revealing clothing
    • Clothing with offensive language or imagery
    • Workout attire (except for specific daytime smoothie service or events)
    • Slippers or excessively casual footwear (e.g., flip-flops after 8:00 PM)
  • Management Discretion: Management reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of attire. Guests not adhering to the dress code may be denied entry or asked to adjust their attire.

3. Responsible Alcohol Service

  • Responsible Service: Legacy Social Room is committed to responsible alcohol service. Our staff is trained to comply with all state and local laws regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears visibly intoxicated.
  • Outside Beverages: No outside food or beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are permitted on the premises.
  • Last Call: Last call for alcoholic beverages will be announced by staff and strictly adhered to.

4. Safety & Security

  • Bag Checks: For the safety of all our guests, all bags and purses are subject to search upon entry.
  • Weapons Policy: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises, including concealed carry weapons, regardless of permit.
  • Security Cameras: Our premises are monitored by security cameras for your safety and security.
  • Emergencies: In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of our staff and security personnel.

5. Respectful Conduct & Behavior

  • Respect for Others: We expect all guests to treat our staff, performers, and other patrons with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Legacy Social Room’s property.
  • Disruptive Behavior: Individuals engaging in disruptive, disorderly, or unsafe behavior will be asked to leave the premises.
  • Smoking: Legacy Social Room is a smoke-free indoor establishment. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available; please ask a staff member for guidance. Vaping is also not permitted indoors.
  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in any unlawful activities on the premises will result in immediate removal and notification of law enforcement.

6. Photography & Videography

  • Personal Use: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use. Please be mindful of other guests’ privacy.
  • Professional Equipment: Professional photography or videography equipment (e.g., tripods, large cameras with detachable lenses) is not permitted without prior written consent from Legacy Social Room management.
  • Commercial Use: Any commercial use of photos or videos taken on our premises requires express written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We may collect personal information (e.g., name, email) for reservations, event registrations, or marketing purposes. This data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Marketing Communications: By providing your contact information, you may receive promotional emails or messages from Legacy Social Room. You can opt out at any time.

8. Payments

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash.
  • No Tabs After Closing: All tabs must be settled before closing time.

9. Lost & Found

  • Lost Items: Legacy Social Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Retrieval: If you believe you left an item behind, please get in touch with us during business hours. Lost and found items are held for a maximum of 7 days.

10. Disclaimer

  • Right of Refusal: Legacy Social Room reserves the right to refuse service or admission to anyone, at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
  • Policy Changes: These policies are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version of our policies will always be available on our website or upon request.
